The Process

Read through the client agreement and initial acne consultation forms.  More information will be given to you throughout the process but these initial forms will allow you to understand better your commitment before investing in getting clear. Any effective acne treatment line will need a regulated skin regiment, diet, and lifestyle.

When you are ready to begin your path to clear skin, Call, Text, or Email us to answer any additional question you may have and to set up a time for an initial phone consultation.  You should expect about 30 minutes for the appointment.

You will then be emailed a secure link to pay your $50 initial consultation fee. Currently we are applying $25 of this back toward your first product order.

We will send you additional information and documents to fill out before your appointment.  You will send some of these back to us along with some photos of your skin.

With this information, we will then customize an acne program specifically for your skin’s challenges and needs.  We can then place your first product order.  Orders can be shipped directly to your home.

You will begin the program and have bi-weekly check-ins with your acne specialist for at least your first 12 weeks to ensure the process is going as planned and make corrections as needed.  You can reach out by phone, text or email through this period. Your acne specialist’s goal is to be readily available for you.

After 90 days in the program you will typically begin to see great results.  You will continue to have quarterly check-ins with your acne specialist to answer any questions and discuss any adjustments that may be needed to your customized program.  Currently there are no fees for future consultations and there will not be for at least your first year.  Orders can be placed more or less frequently as needed.  You can feel confident in having expert support throughout your future treatment.
